As per the democratic process of ACORAB, its 6^th Annual General Meeting has been scheduled to be held on 23^rd of October 2009 in Butwal.

The current 11 member Executive Board was elected in August 2006. During the period, ACORAB established its own full-fledged office and initiated Community Information Network, previously thought to be ambitious. During the successful tenure of the Board, ACORAB carried out several lobby and advocacy related activities, facilitated to strengthen community radios, enhanced image of ACORAB, and more importantly institutionalized ACORAB to move along its five year strategic plan.    

The schedule of AGM includes approval of report of General Secretary and Treasurer, revision of statute and selection of new Executive Board. A total of 129 community radio stations, that are in operation till 4^th of October 2009, are eligible to caste vote for new Executive Board.
